If you have the DLC, they will appear in the world and on the mini-map like Chapters, Competitions, Save Points, and all the other bouncing icons in the world in Missionary Beach, The Homeland Trailerpark, Gabacho Heights, Nobbing Hill and Downtown.
TO CLARIFY, THE CHEAT CODE DLC CREATES SPOTS (SPADES WEARING A MASK) IN THE WORLD WHERE YOU YOU GO TO ACTIVATE THE CHEATS.
THE CHEAT CODE DLC DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO OPEN THE CONSOLE IN THE GAME.
USING THE CHEAT CODE DLC WILL DEACTIVATE THE ACHEIVEMENTS.
