MOONATICS is an IN-DEVELOPMENT indie fighting game. I plan on releasing a FREE DEMO as soon as 4 characters are fully playable and online multiplayer is working to an acceptable standard. Until then, I'll post regular development updates on the Moonatics Twitter page.

NO-NONSENSE ASS-KICKING:

Moonatics features a SIMPLE 4-BUTTON CONTROL SCHEME for its battles. The open-ended A-B-C combo system allows newbies and experts alike to express themselves.

11 UNIQUE CHARACTERS

One fateful night, a FREAKISH MOON rises, and begins corrupting the town of LUNESMOUTH with its EVIL ENERGY... While the townsfolk sleep, those left awake are bestowed with STRANGE MUTATIONS and GHASTLY POWERS!


• CHARLOTTA - THE MOON'S AGENT:

In a moment of weakness, the moon captivated her with its beguiling gaze... Zoom around the screen with her special moves, and use her hover ability to declare yourself queen of the skies!

• TRAVIS - THE HONEST FELLA:

He's woken up in the middle of the night with a pounding headache, and his darling witch wifey nowhere to be found... Use his huge chainsaw to control the pace of a fight, and slice up your opponent for huge damage!

• RONAN - THE ZOMBIFIED BOY SCOUT:

His troop's been afflicted with a terrible disease, and he's looking for medical help... Hop, jump, and roll around your opponent to mix them up, or toss kidney projectiles to keep them at a distance!

• DUCK CRASY - THE TURBOCHARGED MALLARD:

A normal human street racer, zapped by evil moon energy while feeding the duckies... Back your opponent into a corner, and apply suffocating pressure with his duckling minions!

• SOLOMON - THE IMMORTAL SOVEREIGN:

He's been awaiting this night for centuries... Crush your enemies with the incredible power of a god-king - just don't get knocked down, or you might grow a wrinkle or two!

• SAMSON - THE DISGRACED BROTHER:

Chained to a rock for thousands of years, his shackles have miraculously disappeared... Inch closer and closer to your opponents, before snapping their spines with his demonic command grabs!

• MR. PREZ (AND JOSHY) - THE TOP-SECRET TAG TEAM:

Desperate times call for desperate measures, and there's a Class-X Lunatic Anomaly that needs dealing with... Cover the screen with Joshy's projectiles, and poke at your opponent with Mr. Prez's pressure-point martial arts!

• PATSY - THE INTREPID ARCHEOLOGIST:

Underqualified and overpaid, the only thing keeping her job is her promise of a "big breakthrough"... Switch her fighting style on the fly with her magic book, and adapt to any situation!

• BILLY - THE STRINGLESS PUPPET:

Awoken from his slumber, this TV mascot is lusting for battle... Duck and weave to avoid your opponent's attacks, and counterattack with his trademark Extendo-Limbs!

• N. FERNO - THE HELLFIRE CONTRAPTION:

A living scrapheap, incinerating everything in its path... Use his massive fists and brute force to melt your opponent's defences, and use their puny organic bodies as fuel for his flames!

• LITTLE DONNY - THE CUTTHROAT CARDSHARK:

Stealing poker chips from humans is the only way he's paying off his horrible goblin gambling debt... His magic box contains all the knives you'll ever need - so cut, chop, carve, slice and dice your foes to your heart's content!
