If you enjoyed the free base game this DLC is a way to show support to the developer, as well as get a small reward in terms of seeing the main character full naked. There are no special animations, but you do get to enjoy shooting the barbarians while being completely naked.
Detailed Description
As a small reward it removes the clothing from the main character, showing their fully nude model. Note that this isn't a sex game, there are no special animations or sexy content, other than the joy of shooting the barbarians while being naked.
This DLC is not required to enjoy the game, but it's a nice extra for those who want it. The base free game contains all of the gameplay and procedural content generation with no limits.
Don't buy the DLC if you don't have extra money to spare. This will not make you a better gamer. But if you do have the money, it might make the experience more enjoyable.
When the DLC is enabled the game will automatically detect it and spawn you with the nude model. There is no extra installation or downloads needed. If you want to go back to the clothed model you can disable the DLC in the game's properties.
