HeadHorse is a highly intelligent assassin with an unparalleled thirst for blood, and he is tracking your every move. The game offers 6 difficulty levels, ranging from Ghost, which is the easiest where the player is not seen by the enemy, to Madness mode, where escaping is nearly impossible. Play and put yourself to the test. Will you be able to escape?
