About This Game
A game that literally makes you lose control by changing the way your keyboard and mouse work. Also: Dark humor in a sarcastic and philosophical story and a fun/chaotic/weird multiplayer that you can play with your friends.

About the Game
Lose Ctrl is the debut title by berlin based studio Play From Your Heart Ug (haftungsbeschränkt) and with such a competent CEO such as Martin J. Apple himself, it’s no wonder the game has already won awards and gained recognition from big industry names.
Want to break out of the normalcy of the rest of life and experience true chaos? Not the regular chaos, but the kind that makes your keyboard betray you, your mouse rebel, and makes you want to rewire your brain? That’s what Lose Ctrl has in store for you. A game where the only thing you can count on is that you can’t count on anything. One moment, left is right. The next, up is down. And that’s just the tutorial.
Lose Ctrl is basically a life lesson disguised as a video game—an existential, audiovisual rollercoaster that explores infinite possibilities through a meta-level narrative. Oh, and as if that wasn’t enough, we also threw in a couch co-op mode so groundbreaking, it technically didn’t exist until we made it.
Billy’s life is very ordinary. He drives to work, fills out spreadsheets and goes grocery shopping. Super exciting, right? Slowly, but then suddenly not so slowly, things stop working as they’re supposed to. Once Billy’s life spirals out of control, so does your ability to navigate the game. Are you gonna be able to help Billy get through the day when every button you press does something you don’t expect? Probably not but that’s alright. You’ll still have fun trying.
Sick of your friends beating you at video games? Don’t worry! Even with up to 5 of your friends that are really good at games, the real challenge here is figuring out how to play.
Race against your friends in vehicles you definitely don’t know how to drive.
Play Segway Golf and try to hit a hole-in-one while battling your own muscle memory.
Attempt Segway Basketball, because regular basketball wasn’t confusing enough.
Compete in Fall Folks, a game mode where falling is not the intended goal—but good luck avoiding it.
No one has an advantage. No one knows what they’re doing. And that’s the beauty of it.
Lose Ctrl is many things, but one thing it is not: predictable. Its a mixture of many things and evades classifyability. But fear not! It will all make sense in the end as the games development is supervised by CEO Martin Apple. His vision ensures the quality of the product.
