About the Game
Stars of Icarus is the latest starship combat game from the team behind Guns of Icarus. In the outer reaches of space, teamwork is all you can rely on. Form a ragtag crew with friends and strangers to face off against each other in this nail-biting online PvP ship-based combat game. Choose your ship, join your squadron, customize your loadout, and become the Frontier’s most lethal crew. Will you master the stars or go out in a blaze of glory?
Custom Loadouts - Scout, sneak, and strike with loadouts that you tailor to your playstyle.
Fleet Formations - Command everything from nimble 1-seat Fighters to heavy 3-seat Frigates. Gather your teammates and plan the perfect fleet.
Hand-Crafted Arenas - Engage in multiple diverse battlefields with a range of soft and hard cover, designed for tactical depth.
Dynamic Crew Roles - Fly solo, captain a multi-crew vessel, or man the stations to help repair the ship and take out adversaries in true 6DOF combat.
Accessible Online Play - Jump into 5v5 casual or competitive matches, or create and join custom servers with the capacity for larger matches.
Deep Customisation - Personalize your pilot and ships with unique styles, and unlock new looks through continued skirmishes and play.
With six ships to choose from and over 25 variations of fleet formations, will you scout ahead with high-speed attacks in the solo fighters, provide mission-critical fire support in the two-seater corvettes or bring in the big guns with a three-manned frigate? Fail to prepare, prepare to fail. In every pre-game lobby, decide the composition of your squadron and tailor your ship’s loadout to gain the upper hand in your battles.
Stars of Icarus is all about teamwork - when the ship goes down, the crew goes down with it. Customize your character, equip the right tools for your role, and assemble your crew of five and jump into a community server for an old school multiplayer experience! Whether you take responsibility for navigating the cosmic fog, manning the cannons to wipe out enemy ships, or ensuring the shields and engines hold – your team is relying on you.
Create your own unique character, decorate your ship and reap the rewards of your skirmishes with a wide range of costumes and cosmetic options in the in-game store. These items are cosmetic only - you will have access to all the ships, tools, and weapons from the very beginning. There is no pay-to-win in Stars of Icarus.
