Axial Rift is a perspective‑shifting action‑adventure where you slice the voxel world in any direction to instantly transform isometric exploration into side‑scrolling platforming and combat. Both the game and the custom Rift Forge Engine powering it were built entirely solo over 7 years of development so far.
Precision Side‑Scrolling Combat
Fast, responsive 2.5D combat featuring wall‑jumps, aerial attacks, dash strikes, combos, and special abilities — all designed around the slicing mechanic.
Discover Hidden Paths
If a passage is obscured by the overhead view, slice the world at the right angle to reveal secret rooms, alternate routes, and hidden rewards.
Explore Layered Environments
Navigate mazes, activate switches, unlock doors, and carve your own path through handcrafted voxel spaces.
