A HELLISH ENDGAME AWAITS

In the darkest corners of Ninth Hell, you may find Gateways of Perdition — each one a nightmarish gateway to a specific era and setting. Every gateway holds a unique boss, unique loot tables, and incentive to battle hordes of lesser fiends. These fiends drop fragments, which, when forged together, recreate the boss’s powerful gear.
