This is a premium consumable ship. It is not refundable. You must have an appropriate rank to sail it fully crewed.
Galeon - was once a workhorse of international trade. It is an armed trader so you will easily handle any light threat from pirates and privateers. Great looks, modest speed, and being fully refurbished this 17th century ship makes a statement about your great taste in classic retro boats.
About premium consumable vessels.
Premium ships cannot be captured by players or traded. You can request this vessel from the admiralty once a day as long as you don't have the same vessel already in your docks. You will be able to request the frame and planking wood type when ordering a ship. Admiralty requests for this ship will be completed instantly.
Imported DLC ships allows you to ignore hauling of resources and crafting receiving the ship for free: Just buy guns, repairs, and other consumables and you are good to go. If you don't plan to use the ship for combat - for example for hauling - you don't even need guns, repairs and consumables.
