Vain Uprising (AppID: 3140100)

Vain Uprising is a dark fantasy strategy game that puts you at the heart of a slave uprising. Every unit in your army, every NPC in your encampment will need to be liberated. Raid enemy bases for resources and in time you will bring judgement against those who built their empire with your blood.

You start on an empty clifftop with nothing but a few freed slaves from a nearby slaver camp. Explore and pillage and you will soon find enough resources and people you can convert to your cause to build a place to rest, restock and plan your move.

• Your army will remain with you throughout your campaign, when in battle you cannot simply pay food and a fully trained warrior will come out. Instead each slave you free has a profession such as miner, builder, farmhand etc. This does not define them. Each unit evolves individually with a traits that can be gained from killing bosses and, performing feats of heroism. 

• As your army grows so do your challenges. Unique NPCs can be found in the world and turned to your cause. These NPCs will help you craft equipment, train your army, upgrade your base and provide valuable information that may be key to destroying your enemy.

• The world is living and breathing the slavers have a job to do, find opportunity to catch them off guard and take from them everything.
