小先生 Little ShiFu

Little ShiFu: Call of Zhongnan is a suspense puzzle game centered on Chinese folk horror.

You will play as Zhang Qingyi, an 18-year-old Taoist priest, who is drawn into a yin-yang dead end on the night before the Zhongyuan Festival, in the ancient town of Changming shrouded in dark mist, to investigate five successive fatal incidents.

Game Plot

• The story takes place in Changming Town, an ancient town shrouded in dark mist. Although the incense in the Town God’s Temple never fades, there has long been a taboo that "on the night of Zhongyuan, life and death are in chaos."

• Many years ago, Taoist Zhang Qishan sacrificed himself to suppress evil spirits, leaving a life-or-death chess game for his son. On the eve of the 2005 Zhongyuan Festival, five ghosts came to claim lives, and the chess game emerged. The 18-year-old Zhang Qingyi, carrying the magic artifacts left by his father, was involved in this yin-yang dead end.

Plot Introduction

• This is a story of a teenager who takes on his mission to break the situation, and also a journey of Chinese folk eeriness. As the Zhongyuan Festival approaches, paper money flutters, dark mist fills the air, and five fatal incidents occur one after another.

• Carrying the magic artifacts left by his father, Zhang Qingyi tracks down the obsessions of the dead, solves the dead end jointly set by gods, ghosts and humans, and gradually uncovers the truth.

• When the truth gradually comes to light, he realizes that what he is facing is far more than just ghosts and goblins.
