MAKE AMERICA SICK AGAIN is a plague-like strategy game, meaning a mix of thought-strategy & realistic simulation where you manipulate people using various instruments of programming the society and using democracy as a tool to sell them your opioid, which provides the heavenly relief from every sin.
Lead the board of the newly created opioid by your pharma company to supply it to every household in the United States as per their needs, which you have to create (sometimes). Your final aim is to create a pharma theocracy out of this great nation now called the superstate of America. Inspired by the Great American Opioid Crisis, set from the early 90s to the late 2000s.
