It tells the intricate and emotional story of the gentle naval commander Hierophan Hemersfield, his temporary deputy—the special operations officer Osprey—and his long-lost friend Ochira Blazemor.

In this dystopian parallel America, the “Nodomain Consortium (N.C.)” has overthrown the traditional government. The current United States is divided between two major powers: the militarized "N.C. Government," which controls most regions with an iron grip, and the remnants of the former regime, known as the "Old Government." Beneath the surface of peaceful coexistence, a fierce power struggle is intensifying… In this world dominated by alienation and authoritarianism, how will you, as a reformist, make your choices?
