About This Game
War Angels puts you in charge of a hospital in the middle of a war. With scarce food, limited medicine, and waves of critically injured patients, every decision becomes a moral struggle. Who will you save when you can’t save them all?
Detailed Description
A management survival game with a deep narrative and moral choices, where you run a hospital in a war zone. Scarce resources force you to decide who you will save: children, those with the best chance of survival, or the journalist who could expose the truth. The story reflects real-world war conflicts, seen through the eyes of a medical team.
While struggling to keep your war-torn hospital alive, youβll face branching narrative arcs with multiple endings, each shaped by difficult moral dilemmas. Inspired by real events, every decision will challenge not only your ability to survive, but your own humanity.
War Angels β Main Features
Be Resourceful
Craft medicine, improvise tools, and keep the hospital running with whatever you can find.
Treat Under Siege
Decide who to treat first as soldiers and bombs press closer to your hospital walls.
They Are Human
Doctors, volunteers, and patients suffer from hunger, fear, and despair. Keep morale alive as war slowly breaks them down.
No Good Decisions
Every choice has consequences: save a child or a journalist? Extract organs from the dying to save the living? Amputate or let them go? The answers are never easy.
Explore the Ruins
Send survivors outside the hospital to scavenge for scarce resourcesβat great risk of never returning.
War Changes People
Your decisions will shape not only survival, but who your people become in the process.
