About This Game
Enter a world of road trip horror in this procedurally generated driving adventure. Face hazardous environments, deadly weather, and gigantic monsters. Scavenge for supplies, navigate obstacles, and search for safehouses - but remember: you are never truly safe.
Detailed Description
The Grey Road
In the early morning of May 13th, 1994, the skies turned black.Within two hours, ten percent of habitable earth was covered by a thick, radioactive fog.
The loss of life was immeasurable.
As humanity began to investigate, they found only inhospitable environments shrouding unspeakable horrors within.
Worst of all, they found no answers.
Today is 23 years later.

A Journey to Nowhere
In The Grey Road, you play as a traveler driving through one of the lonely isolation zones. As you proceed deeper into the fog, you find you are not alone. Stopping even a moment gives you an inescapable feeling of being watched from the woods. Best to keep to the road, and not linger. Except now your car is running low on gas - and it's starting to rain.

The Twisting Roads Ahead
The Grey Road procedurally generates a configuration of levels, encounters, and hazardous weather. Each playthrough is completely unique. You will find yourself exploring melancholic environments, solving puzzles, searching for resources, and seeking safe houses. All the while dangerous creatures stalk you from the woods.
Weather That Can Kill
Weather plays a major role in the strategies of your travel. Keep an eye on the weather forecast and only progress if you are certain it will be safe. Rain only seems to anger the creatures. Worse yet is the βBlack Hailβ which will slowly damage your car and yourself if you don't find cover to wait out the weather.

Never Really Safe
Progress is saved in the sparse safehouses. Doing so will allow you to continue with a repaired vehicle and full health. Safety is a luxury, however, without the scrap to ensure a safe house is properly fortified, you risk an unwanted intruder in the night.
