About the Game
The No. 464 Squadron, Royal Australian Air Force was re-equipped with new Mosquito Mk VI Fighter-Bombers in October 1943. They carried out day and night Intruder missions into France and the Netherlands, and as often as the winter weather permitted, the multinational pilots and navigators of No. 464 Squadron gained experience in precision low level bombing attacks against difficult logistical targets deep behind enemy lines. By the end of hostilities, the three squadrons of 140 Wing had earned the nickname 'The Gestapo Hunters' as an informal reference to their frequent attacks on important clandestine Gestapo installations. Thanks to the voiced navigator, this experience is as close as you can get to bring the history of the brave Mosquito crews to life on your personal computer.
