About This Game
Munich S1 crosses the city back and forth, East to West and North to South over a total of around 60km of track. As driver, you take control of DB’s venerable BR423, moving passengers on journeys across Munich lasting up to an hour.
Detailed Description
When it’s time to fly, Munich’s S1 service is the way to go!
Munich S1 is one of eight S-Bahn lines serving the Bavarian city of Munich, and its key role is to connect Munich Airport with the city centre and beyond. The overall network was established in the 1970s, but parts of the S1 line date back to a much earlier time and share track sections with ICE and freight services running much further out of the city.
As recreated for Train Simulator Classic, Munich S1 crosses the city back and forth, East to West and North to South over a total of around 60km of track. As driver, you take control of DB’s venerable BR423, moving passengers on journeys across Munich lasting up to an hour. Along the way, expect to see AI freight and passenger services moving along between the Munich landmarks.
