Detailed Description
ProtoDungeon: Episode II is a short, top-down exploration adventure game set in a strange graveyard. Explore, solve puzzles, and find your way out!
Still trapped in your nightmares, you must find your way through the graveyard and catacombs to the strangely familiar chapel. Seek the fragments of the chapel seal to unlock it. Use the block-creating ability of the starlight ring to solve puzzles and explore the deepest places.
Is this all real, or is it in your mind?
Can you reunite the fragments of the chapel seal and make it once again into the oddly familiar chapel?
Will you escape this time?
You have no map, no compass, no quest log. The game won't tell you what your next step is. It's up to you to find your way out! ProtoDungeon takes familiar retro inspiration from Game Boy games, but also from old point-and-click adventures in its philosophy of design. Look around, explore, even take notes!
Features
Puzzles designed around a single ability: a ring that makes blocks!
Ring upgrades to help you explore further
A weird gravekeeper to talk to
A hidden challenge room
ProtoDungeon is a prequel mini-series to the upcoming game, The Waking Cloak. Each episode is a short adventure. Episode II will take most players an hour or two to complete.
