About this game Read the full description

The days and weeks up to now have run together like spilled ink upon damp parchment

You remember only fragments... an expedition to the forsaken Isle of Eventide in the Atlantic, as part of a crew summoned by the elusive and esoteric Lord Lucius Crow. What befell the crew after setting foot upon that godforsaken shore though, you cannot rightly say

You find yourself aboard this vessel with no voice but your own, with the ship travelling directionless into an impenetrable fog. What happened to everyone else? What about the mysterious Artifact that was retrieved? Your hands shake with feverish dread, and your mind struggles to maintain proper thought as though something unknowable erodes at it's edges. This heavy, unnatural fog that has descended upon the ocean around the ship...

A deep fear begins to take root... that should you fail to uncover the truth of this vessel... you may never find your way back to shore...

Enter into a Horror Adventure Lovecraftian-inspired story. After an expedition to retrieve an ancient artifact from a lost island in the Atlantic goes wrong, you wake up to find yourself alone on the ship, adrift at sea. With no knowledge of what has happened, and with several days seemingly missing, you must piece together the mystery of what transpired. As your sanity begins to erode, and armed with only a oil-lit lantern, work to unlock and uncover the secrets of the ship belonging to your mysterious benefactor, Lucius Crow. Yet be aware, for something ancient and unknowable seemingly stirs within the suffocating darkness and dread of the ship's maw

An old Oil Lantern may be one of the few things you can trust in the dark corridors of the ship... Illuminate your surroundings, ward off the darkness around you, uncover the secrets of the ship. But be sure to preserve your Oil supply, or else let your mind be consumed by the encroaching darkness

Explore the ship, solve puzzles through observing your environment, and unlock the secrets of this vessel. Gain Perception from your endeavours, and use this to strengthen your abilities. Choose the best way for you to survive... And keep alert, as even whilst focused on the task at hand, something could be lurking in the darkness

Seek out solitude in the light, as spending too long in the darkness will take it's toll on you. You may find that losing your grip on the world around you is the least of your worries, as a broken mind can lead to something stirring within the deep, and may lend to the strength of these unknowable forces
