About This Game
A fast-paced, whimsical, FPS. Use unusual weapons and powerful Dash abilities to beat baddies. Parkour to gain the upper hand. Use modifiers to customise a chill experience or thrilling rush.
Detailed Description
Aim High Lofi is all about movement, the faster you move the more damage you do!
Combat
Getting Health: Use a dash attack to defeat a baddy to heal! This will consume energy.
Pew Pews (Guns): Have 2 firing modes. 1 regular mode with infinite ammo. Another more powerful mode that consumes energy. Switch it up to handle different situations.
Getting Energy: Slide on the ground to charge up again. Sliding rapidly can also be a great way to quickly accelerate.
The Loop: Defeat a wave of baddies, the faster you do the more points you get. Go to a new arena. Pick an enemy buff, get new items, use points at the store. Repeat.
Run along walls, use massive jumps, slide under gaps, use a dash to attack or get around. Some booties (an item type) allow for different movement styles, like the 'Rocketier' which trades wall running for jetpack flying!
Customisation
Gameplay can be customized to have a chill or thrilling gameplay experience, swap between first person and third person, change the speed of enemies, you, projectiles, gravity, attack cool down, to come up with different experiences e.g.
Create bullet time with fast cool downs and a slow world
Set gravity to max and energy to high so the only way to move upwards is by dashing
Set everything to low and stomp everything
Set everything to max and see if you last longer then 4 seconds
Or just come up with something that feels good or novel for you
