About This Game

Ham(mer) It Up is a zany, couch coop blacksmithing management game where you make customers' orders in a timely manner, ensuring they don't leave upset and without paying.

Detailed Description

Ham(mer) It Up is a blacksmithing game for up to four local players. Before starting the day, players have the option to purchase various upgrades to help improve their store. Once the day starts, they'll have to manage the store by taking customers' orders, making those orders, and ensuring that the stations are in working condition.

KEY FEATURES

  • Cooperate with up to three friends locally.

  • Take orders and craft items quickly before the customers lose patience.

  • Take too long and the customers will leave unhappy and without having paid.

  • Unique Customers will only order certain items and their wait times will vary (some might wait longer than others, some might wait hardly at all), so watch out!

  • Events keep things fun and interesting and ensures no two days are alike.

  • Manage your store by purchasing upgrades using money earned from playing.

  • Customize your player by using money earned from playing to unlock different clothing options.

UPGRADES

Players will be able to purchase upgrades for the store as they play. Those upgrades range from adding another furnace so you can smelt bars twice as fast to getting a sprint upgrade so they can dash quickly and serve the last customer before the day ends. Upgrades also consist of unlocking new stations/items so as the store grows they'll be able to make more and more things.

AVERAGE WORK DAY

Players will take customers' orders as they come up to the front counter. Then, players will use the available resources and craft the items that the customers ordered. They must be quick about it though, because the customers won't stick around forever, and if they happen to run out of patience, they'll angrily leave and the players won't get paid.

NOT SO AVERAGE WORK DAY

No two work days are alike. Whether it's the customers that come in, the things that the customers order, or the events, no two days should feel the same. Stations can break down, customers can leave angrily, and it's up to the players to manage it all.

INSPECTOR

After meeting certain criteria, eventually the inspector will come and it's the players' job to make sure the inspector leaves happy. If he does, the players can purchase the next store upgrade which will give them more room and well as a whole slew of new upgrades to unlock.
