About This Game
Please read about the update! From the creator of "Diamond Board" gives you "Legend Of The Platforms". Draw cards to move and navigate the Heavens, Earth, and Underworld platforms to win the game. Each platform has different laws of navigation and different features.
Detailed Description
MAJOR UPDATE is here. I have added:
1. The heaven guard can now access all three platforms to find you and kill you.
2. The earth enemy can now access the heavens and the earth.
3. The underworld guard can still access the Earth and the underworld when finding out the man's wife has been freed from the cell in the underworld.
4. IMPORTANT!
1. If you run out of Earth currency and use heaven currency to bribe the earth enemy, the earth enemy will head to the heavens.
2. Heaven currency will then become the main currency on Earth.
3. Fortunately, the earth enemy cannot navigate the heavens, and will stay in one spot until the heaven guard finds him.
4. When confronted, the heaven guard will be furious that heaven currency is being distributed on Earth, and can access all three platforms to find and kill you.
5. After the earth enemy is confronted by the heaven guard, it will be too afraid to be bribed by heaven currency, and will resume being bribed by earth currency.
6. Earth and heaven currency resume back to normal on Earth as the main currencies.
5. You cannot travel to platforms when enemies are on the same position as you. The whole idea for the enemy is to keep you on the same platform in order for you to keep giving the enemy money. Draw cards and avoid this.
6. You cannot obtain the key to the cell or rare gems when the underworld guard is present on the same position as you.
7. Better soundtrack.
8. Visually, Earth currency is now silver and heaven currency is now gold.
9. Bribing the underworld guard with heaven currency is now a tactic, because if the heaven guard lands on the underworld guard or vice versa when the underworld guard is bribed with heaven currency, the heaven guard will then kill the underworld guard.
10. Players can now choose to leap out of heaven whenever they wish. Use this ability wisely.
Legend Of The Platforms is a multi platform original board game. Bribe the Earth enemy with Earth currency and the underworld guard with heaven currency. Venture into the underworld to rescue a man's wife who knew all the secrets of existence and bring her back to Earth. Find a rare gem in the underworld to bring to a blacksmith on Earth in order to forge a blade to kill any enemy. Go to the heavens and collect heaven currency to bribe the underworld guard or pay the blacksmith to forge a blade. The guardian angels in heaven will train you to be the most powerful on the board when the blade forged by underworld gems is brought to them. Careful, if the underworld guard sees that you freed the man's wife, he will look for you on Earth and in the underworld. Don't let the heaven guard catch you, for the next time you enter heaven, you may fall to your death due to his lack of forgiveness.
Each platform in the game acts as a different dimension with different sets of rules. The game features a day and night cycle as well as a visual of playing the boardgame on top of a table in a cafe setting. Legend Of The Platforms is a casual game that you can play in one sitting.
Special thanks to Steven Seleb for permission to use his tunes for the soundtrack. Special thanks to Mark Jiannino for a track as well.
