Into this uncertain frontier steps Ann, an unmistakable rookie whom seasoned forest dwellers view as a lamb to the slaughter. For her, the journey is a life-or-death contest with the unknown: she must defeat jungles brimming with beasts and hazards to grow stronger, and she must choose wisely in sudden events to avoid hidden traps.

Ann is a semi-professional mage who attacks primarily with magic. She plays cards to amass elemental points and then spends those points to cast spells, but her limited stamina restricts how often she can do so. Clever card combinations allow her not only to strike foes but also to heal herself, making recovery a core part of her toolkit.

Her main study is Primal Magic, a fundamental form whose structure can be reshaped by outside influence. A pristine droplet of Primal Magic may seem fragile, yet under manipulation a single drop can unleash a raging wave; when Ann acquires multiple copies of the same Primal Magic card, its effect upgrades accordingly.
