Have white and brown cows wander a grassy field where they can be milked, and give pigs some treats in the hopes of them digging up some useful items. Chickens can offer eggs (just watch out for the aggressive rooster!), and swarms of bees can be carefully followed back to their hive to gather healing honey. If animals aren’t your hero’s focus, then fill the fields with wheat, corn, and sunflowers that all grow and await harvesting. Smaller plots can grow carrots, cabbages, turnips, grapes, pumpkins, and tomatoes that your heroes could sell for extra cash, and let your heroes smash the rocks that appear in the fields to possibly find gold or silver ore.
