Space Station: Beyond

During your down time you can hang out at the bar, socialize with your crew mates, take a walk through the station parks, visit the Mime's show, or enjoy any of the other many recreational activi- [Inside the armory is an armed nuclear device strong enough to shatte-] the station. Nanotrasen is proud to have you working with us, and promises to ensure your safety and well-being as long as you are here. When you work for Nanotrasen, you're family. Work together with your crew to keep the station running, fight Security over wrongful convictions, construct amazing new extensions to your habitat, or just follow the Clown around and heckle him all shift. Welcome to Space Station 14.

Work jobs such as:

• Engineer: Maintain the station's structural and atmospheric integrity, or waste thousands of dollars of materials on a massive ship to take joyrides in!

• Scientist: Research the various anomalous activities around the station and harness their power to create new and exciting anomalous activities! Cause more problems than you solve!

• Security Officer: Arrests trouble-makers, ne'er-do-wells and terrorists alike, ensure no one gets a chance to kill your crew before you do!

• Doctor: Ensure the crew is kept healthy, prevent deadly outbreaks, and absolutely do not distribute illegal drugs.

• Cargo: Keep track of the station's supplies, ram the delivery shuttle into the station at reckless speeds, sell everything not nailed down before Security finds out!

• Chef and Bartender: Keep the crew well-fed! Be the only thing keeping literally everyone from breaking out in a fist fight! Listen to the microwave!

• Clowns: You're here too for some reason!

Threats

During your shifts, you may meet any number of a variety of things that will try to do anything from sabotage your station to confuse the hell out of everyone present. Make sure they don't follow through or that it's at least very funny when they do.

• Nuclear Operative: Sneak into the station to assassinate the holder of the Nuclear Authentication Disk and blow up the station with its nuke. Nuclear.

• Thief: An average crew-man with a kleptomaniac streak.

• Zombie: Brraaaaiiinsss...

• Traitor: Infiltrate the station and fulfill your goals without ever getting caught.

• Cultist: Convert the entire crew to your ideology before loudly summoning your God to consume the stars!
