About This Game
A retro kart-racing adventure with a cast of cute, colorful animal characters! Set in a theme park, win tickets to unlock courses and new worlds to explore. Drive with precise, arcade-style movement (with drift and boost mechanics), and use items strategically against your opponents!
Detailed Description
FEATURES

Standard Races - Race against your opponents and strive for 1st place
Token Races - Collect all the tokens...AND also win the race
Boss Races - Compete against several unique mechanical bosses in a 1v1 race
Drifting / Boosting - Build up charge by drifting and release to boost
Building up even more charge lets you use a super-boost!
Items - Collect these to boost, attack, and lay hazards for your opponents
Hub World - Between races, you will explore a literal hub world -- Amusement Land itself! There are four unique areas, each with their own track entrances, as well as some secrets to uncover...
STORY
Amusement Land is a rundown, abandoned theme park taken over by sentient animatronic creatures. In order to save Amusement Land, you (a mascot of the park) have to beat them all in a race to induce ego death in their core processing units. Along the way, you'll race with other mascots to train for dueling those mechanical baddies as well as explore the theme park itself.
CONTROLS
The game is designed for controller input, but it is playable with a keyboard!

This game was made entirely using free and open source software: Godot, Krita, Blender, and Aesprite! It's also heavily inspired by retro kart racers from the 90's and 2000's, if that's not already obvious enough.
