About This Game
You’re just a rectangle. But not an ordinary one. Switch your body, defy gravity, and navigate a deceptively simple world built to break your rhythm.
Detailed Description
Rectangles Odyssey is a minimalist 2D puzzle platformer about transformation, precision, and control.
You play as a small rectangle that can switch between three physical states β Normal, Rubber, and Heavy. Each form changes how you move, jump, and interact with the environment. Rubber lets you bounce and leap further. Heavy allows you to pass through specific restricted zones that other forms cannot. Timing your transformation is the only way to progress
The game features 55 handcrafted levels, each more challenging than the last. Youβll solve puzzles, master tight jumps, and adapt to new mechanics β such as disappearing platforms, and color-based blockades.
As you progress, the world gradually changes. Strange eyes begin to appear. The music shifts from quiet to tense. Without cutscenes or dialogue, a dreamlike narrative unfolds through level design, atmosphere, and sound.
There are no enemies. No weapons. Just gravity, precision, and your own mistakes.
Estimated playtime: 2β3 hours, depending on skill.
