About This Game
Take command of a freight ship traveling through deep space. Every jump brings danger, every decision matters. Manage your crew, upgrade your ship, trade, fight, and survive in a hostile galaxy where resources are scarce and every day could be your last.
Detailed Description
Space is cold. Endless. And indifferent.
In Stellar Freight: Echoes of the Void, you take on the role of a long-haul freight ship captain, traveling through deep space. Every jump carries danger. Every choice has consequences. Every battle could be your last. This is a game about survival, responsibility, and constant resource scarcity β where every decision matters.
Manage your crew, upgrade your ship, trade, respond to events, engage in combat, complete missions, and try to survive in a hostile world for as long as possible. Your journey isnβt about glory β itβs about making it through another day.
Survival in deep space
The entire game revolves around one main goal β survival.
Fuel is limited. Credits are not infinite. Pirates and alien factions lurk at every turn. Sometimes youβll have to choose: refuel or save resources for repairs. Help someone or pass by. This is a game about decisions that will make you think twice.
A dynamic system of events and routes
Each jump advances time.
New events, situations, quests and encounters appear.
Some events include choices that directly affect the outcome.
Ship development and modules
Your ship is more than just visuals β itβs a system of characteristics that can be upgraded.
Upgrades are limited depending on the hull type.
Basic hulls allow only simple upgrades, while advanced and expensive hulls unlock more depth. Each upgrade level becomes more costly, so managing your resources is crucial.
A crew with unique roles
Your team consists of three specialists:
The Commander boosts combat performance.
The Engineer handles ship repairs.
The Navigator plots routes to special stations.
All crew members gain experience and levels over time.
Their level unlocks new dialogue options, affects events, and increases bonuses.
You can also hire new members, dismiss old ones, or interact with them through in-game dialogues.
Reputation and factions
Everything you do β from completing quests to making choices in events β affects your reputation.
It can unlock or block access to new missions, affect enemy levels, and influence what types of events or quests appear.
Reputation isnβt just a number β itβs a system that shapes how the world reacts to you.
This isnβt a story about heroes.
Itβs a story about those who survive β day by day, jump by jump β on the edge of the void.
