"Kodoku" is a single-player survival horror game.

■ The Otherworldly Pot

The protagonist, a university professor named Urohoshi, heads deep into the mountains in search of his missing friend, toward a place where a grotesque statue of Kannon is enshrined.

After slipping and falling from a cliff, Urohoshi awakens to find himself in a world inside a giant pot.

A man whose head is fused with a pot.

A skeleton pulling a giant ox cart.

In this world ruled by grotesque beings, Urohoshi meets a young girl.

"Collect souls in the pot for me."

And so begins Urohoshi's journey to return to the world of the living...

• First-Person Survival Horror

  You can slow down the monsters and grotesque beings, but you cannot defeat them. Players must advance through a world of darkness, fighting against the terror of being pursued.

• Collect Souls

  Explore each stage and gather the shining souls. Once you have collected the target number, you can escape through a torii gate.

• Utilize the Pot

  The pot you carry can be thrown once you have collected a certain number of souls. This allows you to divert an enemy's attention or press buttons to open doors above you.

The bizarre world within the pot is filled with someone's regrets and trauma.
