Ashen Destiny is a turn based grand strategy game built around procedurally generated worlds, deep province management, and large-scale tactical warfare. Every campaign unfolds on a world map that will never exist again, shaped by war, scarcity, and ambition.

Govern your empire by managing resources, developing provinces, and recruiting generals while expanding through calculated conquest. Your provinces must be carefully attended to and sustained, focusing on long term decisions that can echo across future turns.

When war erupts (and it will), invasions allow up to 20 generals per side, each acting as an individual command unit on the battlefield. Battles are fought on unique, terrain-driven maps where positioning, castle defenses, loyalty, and powerful battlefield abilities can influence the outcome.

With procedurally generated worlds and deep strategic systems, Ashen Destiny demands adaptation, foresight, and resolve! No two campaigns or wars ever unfold the same way.

• Assassination system: Eliminate enemy warlords using gold and gifts (high-risk, high-reward)

• Warlord system: Lead as a warlord with unique abilities; manage multiple generals with distinct skills

• Set Auto Governors: Automate province management with strategic auto assignments that build economy, recruits generals, and manages resources

Massive invasion system

• Tactical 3D Battles: Engage in turn-based combat on a grid-based 3D battlefield. Use terrain, troop composition, and positioning to outmaneuver the enemy.

• Massive invasion system: Launch province invasions with up to 20 generals from a single province, each commanding 300 units for a total of 6,000 troops

• Three distinct unit types: Infantry, Cavalry, and Archers. Cavalry beats Infantry, Infantry beats Archers, Archers beat Cavalry (with modifiers)

• Battlefield healing system: Use medical supplies to heal wounded soldiers mid-battle

• Special battlefield abilities: Set Fires, Onslaught attacks, Confuse units, and Bribe enemy generals to switch sides

• Castle tile defense mechanics: Castle tiles provide 30% defensive bonuses for strategic positioning

• Terrain-based combat: 7 terrain types (Grass, Sand, Rock, Mud, Stone, Dark Rock, Water) with different movement costs and tactical implications

• Arrow volley system: Archers fire volleys with visual effects and distance-based damage scaling

• Bribe enemy units: Use gold and charm to turn enemy generals to your side mid-battle
