About This Game
Shoot aliens, fly around and make everything explode, alone and with friends, in this frenetic 2D run and gun roguelite. Survive the procedurally generated environment, collect weapons, level up and defeat planetary bosses. Improve between runs and discover new planets as you win.
Detailed Description
ARNIE is a roguelite, action-platformer, with Spelunky-like elements. Create your own path flying around, destroying obstacles and defeating aliens as you go.
You will impersonate a mercenary tasked to complete missions to extract resources from man-made alien colonies.
Every run will be unique: the levels are procedurally generated, the missions available change and weapons will be found only during the run. Killing aliens will let you level up and chose a power up between 3 offered at random every time.
This power ups will form your build and will be able to be levelled up as well. If you find the same power up again, it will improve and get better better. Will you try a balance build with many improvements, or will you try to find your own strategy and min/max your character?
Lastly, between runs you will be able to improve your gear and unlock new ways to fight.
