About This Game
In this (mostly) 2D psychological horror RPG-style game, wake up on a desolate power station in the midst of space. Explore a fully customisable facility, playing retro games to keep the place in-tact. Discover why the structure is in such a sorry state, all to… leave everything behind one day?
Detailed Description
STATION is a (mostly) 2D psychological horror RPG-style game built with Raylib. You awoke on a derelict power station in the depths of space - you need to leave, but something's stopping you... for now, you only really need to keep the place going! Can't be too difficult, right...? But will you be able to leave it all behind one day, and finally escape from your literal and mental prison? That's up to you, I suppose.
Wake up. Work. Sleep. Again. Again. And again. Again, again, and again. It's too tiring for you to change, for you to dig yourself out of this awful mess... the coffee doesn't even wake you up anymore.
There's always something more to do, something you could've done which you didn't, and you'll always beat yourself up over it (assuming someone doesn't do that for you). No matter how much you do, it's never enough - and the truth is that it never will be.
But maybe, just maybe, you can learn to let go, stop pushing, no, hurting yourself, and finally move on... Well, maybe.
Controller and Steam Deck compatibility
A limited but surprisingly detailed and ever-changing map
Some trippy 3D and non-euclidean sections
Countless unique tasks/minigames that push the boundaries of what is and should be possible to make in a 2D RPG
A dense ARG for you to uncover if you choose to delve into the game files
An emotionally rich story that will probably (hopefully) make you cry
(Simple) raytraced lighting (yes this is still a pixel art game don't worry)
