About This Game
Zion takes on a shady job driving a night taxi. His shifts spiral into eerie rides with ever stranger passengers, as the line between reality and delirium blurs. Each trip drags him deeper into the city’s abyss, where it’s no longer clear what is dream and what is real.
Detailed Description
"NIGHT TAXI" — a visual thriller inspired by the audiobooks of Ozon, creator of the cult classic "QUIET DAN"
Step into the story of Zion, an ordinary guy who, by a twist of fate, takes up a dubious side job — driving the “Night Taxi.” His night shifts gradually turn into a series of bizarre and increasingly unsettling rides: passengers can be criminal, insane, or disturbingly silent. Little by little, the taxi becomes more than just a job for Zion — it turns into a descent into the abyss, where reality and delirium merge, and it becomes harder to tell: what is nightmare, and what is real...
Improvisational style: the entire text of the novel is fully voiced and dictated on the spot, without edits or pre-written scripts. This gives the story a raw, vivid feeling, creating the effect of a theatrical monologue — Zion’s thoughts and dialogues sound as natural as possible.
Genre mix: inspired by the noir atmosphere of Martin Scorsese’s Taxi Driver and Ozon’s dark prose, this visual novel immerses you in absurd and unsettling tales of the big city — portrayed as a living organism soaked in darkness, crime, and schizophrenia.
