"The Butcher's Village™" is a first-person psychological horror game with a heavy focus on atmosphere and disorientation. You play as Murtaza, a man who arrives in a remote village in North America where nothing feels quite right. The people are strange, and the endless heavy rain turns every step into a struggle. The deeper you go, the more the world around you begins to fracture and distort.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The game focuses on exploration and builds tension slowly to create a deeper and more meaningful experience. Its story is unveiled through surreal imaging and subtle environment details. Be mindful that it is a difficult game in unconventional ways.
STORYLINE
A man named Murtaza lives in North America. One rainy evening, he receives a call from his friend, urgently asking him to come to a certain address and help with a troubling situation. Without hesitation, Murtaza gets into his car and drives into the heavy rain. The road is swallowed by thick fog, and the downpour makes it nearly impossible to see. Suddenly, an accident occurs as his car skids and crashes. When he regains consciousness, the vehicle is wrecked and refuses to start. Stranded in the storm.
