Time To Sit Down, Detective.

Take up your role as the detective, interrogating the brain of a killer implanted into a robotic face. With tons of different paths you can take, and ways to play. This is a visual novel like you've never seen before.

Face To Face With The Killer.

The killer's origins are unknown, as well as the whereabouts of the victim. It's up to you to solve the case, manage his brain wave function, your own stress, and the threat of imminent death. If time runs out for his brain, your stress, or if you simply aren't fast enough to save yourself, you will fail.

Find Your Own Path.

Different choices you make in dialogue will greatly affect the course of the game, your next words could be your last.

Watch For Clues.

As your discussion continues make sure you keep an eye on clues and case details, as they will emerge organically throughout your experience. It's up to you to remember what is said, no one will be holding your hand.

Take Notes.

Use your trusty Journal Companion to take notes in real time. If no one catches the clue, it's gone. Track the story by figuring out what makes the killer tick. The more you understand his behavior, the closer you are to solving the case.

Solve The Case

Once you have a clue, take it to your Command Computer. Use your insight points to submit answers and unlock core behaviors of the killer. Insight points are earned by keeping the killer talking. Once you figure out how he works, you'll be able to keep him talking longer without trying to kill you. Spend your insight points wisely, you'll also need to use them to reduce your own stress levels. 

Balance.

This game is a fragile balance just like life. The killers brain slowly loses power, as it's not meant to be kept in this state. If his brain dies the case is a failure, so make sure you only keep him powered when absolutely necessary. All the while the stress of the case takes it's toll on your body. If you don't make progress in the case, you'll be forced to leave so you must continue quickly. The very insight points you need to progress the case, you also need to reduce your own stress, so you'll find yourself deciding whether or not to submit a possibly wrong answer, or keep your own energy high enough to continue. This is like a real job, only a girls life hangs in the balance.
