This DLC adds a literal "skin" to what hangs from the chains in the game DripDrip.
This "skin" can be turned on or off in the options menu at any time once bought and downloaded (Steam automatically downloads and installs this DLC content once the purchase is made).

With these turned on, not only do the meats show their raw beauty, but now your score too gets accompanied by a pair of animated bouncing betties with lavender tassels swinging away.
