Detailed Description
Celestial Wrath
If you encounter a situation where you cannot accept the quest, restart the Steam launcher. You should then be able to accept the quest and complete it to obtain the character.
Complete the questline to obtain the Celestial Wrath Token (unlocks this character for recruitment) and the Celestial Wrath Equipment Blueprint (unlocks new equipment crafting).
Upon reaching New Game+, players will gain access to an additional exclusive quest to obtain the Celestial Wrath Relic Blueprint (unlocks new relic crafting).
Sovereign of the Thunderborn, ruler of lightning and wielder of divine judgment—her majesty carries both the chill of thunder’s wrath and the mercy of divinity.
Clad in robes of blue lightning and adorned with sacred thunder seal, she stands like a storm breaking through the heavens—bearing the power to judge all beings, yet harboring the compassion to cleanse the mortal realm.
As for why this celestial sovereign has descended to the mortal world, rumors abound.
Some say she came to quell a fallen god’s rebellion that disturbed the balance of heaven and earth.
Others claim she seeks to personally endure a cycle of heavenly tribulation.
And there are whispers still that a mortal bound to her fate awaits a destiny yet unfulfilled.
Whatever the truth may be, between her and us runs an invisible bond of thunder.
Should one earn the aid of the Celestial Wrath, and command the thunder of the Nine Heavens—then even across countless trials, one shall stand unshaken.
Skill Description
Thunder Judgment
Deals damage to both the enemy with the highest HP and the one with the lowest HP.
Lucky Strike: Applies 10 stacks of [Thunder Seal].
Thunder Seal (Debuff, Damage): When the target loses HP, they take additional Metal Damage equal to the caster’s attribute. Each trigger consumes 50% of the current stacks.
Skyfall Thunder
Deals Metal Damage evenly distributed among all enemies.
Lucky Strike: Applies 20 stacks of [Thunder Seal].
Celestial Thunder
When an enemy takes Indirect Damage:
→ 9% chance to apply 10 stacks of [Thunder Seal].
When an enemy takes Damage Damage (direct attack damage):
→ 1% chance to apply 50 stacks of [Thunder Seal].
Five Thunders
When a Critical Hit occurs:
→ 19% chance to deal 90% Metal Damage to a random enemy, repeated 5 times.
