About the Game

You’re a Hugling - one of the lovable little folk living in a soft, storybook world. When your village is gently disturbed by nearby goblins, your journey begins not with conflict, but with care, creativity, and kindness. Play solo or together with up to four players, and slowly help the village feel like home again.

Spend your days crafting cozy furniture, farming under warm skies, fishing by quiet waters, and decorating your dream house with love. Meet charming villagers, share small moments, and build bridges between the two tribes. With no pressure and no wrong way to play, Huglings is a calm, comforting adventure where friendship grows, creativity blooms, and every peaceful moment is worth savoring.

Relax on a quiet island - each place offering its own cozy moment to explore. Enjoy the view from a lookout by the lake, then wander through a lively market filled with warm atmosphere. Visit the goblin village and step into their playful fantasy world, explore a glowing mine hidden underground, or walk across rocky mountains on a rope bridge. Pick flowers in peaceful fields and take your time discovering every corner. The world is handcrafted, colorful, and made to be enjoyed slowly.

📖 A Heartwarming Story

Follow a gentle story about understanding and discovering the secrets of two very different worlds. As you help the Huglings rebuild their village, you'll meet charming characters, uncover the mystery behind the goblins' strange behavior, and set off on a heartfelt adventure filled with curiosity, friendship, and memorable moments.

The Adventure Continues

The main story takes around 8–12 hours to complete, but your adventure doesn't end there. Continue decorating your village, expanding your farm, completing daily quests, and discovering new ways to enjoy island life. With seasonal updates planned, there will always be new reasons to return to the world of Huglings.

Make a house that’s truly yours, decorate every corner exactly how you like, inside and out, including your very own garden. In multiplayer, you and your friends can decorate a house together, mix and match styles, and bring your dream cozy world to life!

Marcell is the programmer, and Karina is the game designer behind this little project.

This is our very first game, and it's been a wonderful learning experience for both of us. We're still beginners, but we’re doing our very best and sincerely hope you’ll enjoy our little game as much as we enjoyed making it.
