For this comeback, we’ve rolled out core optimizations across multiple dimensions: We’ve upgraded the server architecture to greatly boost network stability and gameplay smoothness, optimized compatibility with modern hardware configurations, and bid farewell to lags and stutters, making unrestricted PVP and castle siege battles more thrilling than ever. We’ve kept all classic core gameplay intact, including the 12 unique races, free class customization, and the player-driven dynamic world; at the same time, we’ve polished PVP balance, kingdom construction and resource systems, refined every detail, and restored the pure, hardcore adventure experience you love. We stay true to our original commitment to fair play — there are no pay-to-win mechanics, and all gear and skills are obtainable exclusively in-game, making strength the sole rule on the battlefield.

We have set the game’s overall mode to a seasonal system. The updates for this season are as follows:

General World Changes

The game is set to be played in single box mode.

Contract drop rates have been severely reduced.

Resource drop rates have been severely reduced.

Gold drop rates have been severely reduced.

All mobs in a strife realm have the ability to drop glass at all times.

Tree of Life maintenance has been set for every week.

Discipline droppers now spawn every 3 hours.

Any character in the nation can take a boon from any city in the nation.

Setting a store page in game. You can press “ESC” to find it. Selling game gold coins, bane circular and +40 Runes. But in game Gold, bane circular and +40 Runes also drop.

Modification and addition

Modification of PVE：

During the process of building a city, players need to upgrade the Steward and Builder first to obtain the corresponding buildings and NPC contracts.

National players are displayed as blue dots. Non - National players are displayed as green dots.

The levels of all the mobs have been marked.

Mobs with a level higher than 5 - 7 will not gain experience.

The base inventory weight has been increased by 200.

Added a “Sell All Stuffs” button for players on the vendor sale page.

II. Races & Class System: Deeply Customizable Character Creation

(I) Race Selection: 12 Distinct Vessels of Civilization

The game features 12 unique races, each with its own lore, inherent attribute inclinations, and direct impact on class compatibility:

Humans (versatile for all classes with unrivaled adaptability); Elf (boasting unparalleled magical aptitude); Dwarf (forged from stone, ageless and incapable of reproduction, master craftsmen and fearsome defenders). Aracoix (with exceptional agility);  Minotaur (born warriors);  Shade (cursed descendants of humans,  perfect for assassination-focused classes); Half-Giants (towering over all other races, with overwhelming constitution and strength).

Irekei (red - skinned desert knights and masters of arcane arts); Centaurs (an ancient plains race, the cornerstone of cavalry tactics); Aelfborn (human - elf hybrids who bear magical runes to curb their innate madness). Nephilim (fly like the Aracoix and have an aptitude for magic). The vampire race possesses an evil power capable of devouring everything.

The class system adopts a dual-tier Core-Advanced framework, featuring 22 core classes and 48 secondary advanced classes, paired with the free allocation of over 200 attribute points and 500 skill points to achieve ultimate build diversity.

Core Classes (4 Types)

• Mage: Centered on intelligence, it offers 8 advanced career paths, such as Channeler, Wizard, Assassin, Bard, Warlock, Fury, Necromancer and Doomsayer.

   Warrior: Focused on Strength and Constitution, it is accessible to all races and has 8 advanced paths, such as Barbarian, Crusader, Ranger, Huntress, Templar, Warrior, Warlock, and Sentinel.

   Healer: Balanced in Constitution and Spirit, it has 7 advanced paths, such as Channeler, Confessor, Crusader, Prelate, Druid, Priest, and Dommsayer.

   Ranger: Blending Agility and intelligence,  it has 8 advanced paths, such as Assassin, Barbarian, Bard, Ranger, Huntress, Scout, Thief, Nightstalker.

Discipline Classes.

       Shadowbane has 48 different deputy Discipline classes. These Discipline classes have enhanced the combativeness of the basic profession and made the gameplay more diverse.

Core Gameplay: A Survival Contest of Freedom and Brutality

Unrestricted PVP: A Power Struggle Across the Entire Map

The game’s defining feature is its world-wide unrestricted PVP system: combat can break out anywhere except a handful of safe zones, and slaying an opponent allows you to claim all their loot at will, forging a raw survival-of-the-fittest ecosystem. Every power struggle hinges entirely on team strategy and individual skill.

Dynamic World: Player-Driven Civilizational Evolution
