Beyond the Saints, wandering survivors can be recruited through mysterious radio signals scattered across the wasteland. Their abilities can be mastered directly or brought into battle as AI-controlled companions. Companions gain experience, unlock new behaviors, awaken their powers, and provide powerful support through healing, crowd control, execution abilities, utility effects, and unique build interactions.

Every region introduces new threats and mechanics, forcing players to constantly adapt as reality itself becomes increasingly unstable.

Audiences can vote on events, trigger challenges, influence encounters, spawn special enemies, and directly impact the outcome of a run. Whether they help the streamer survive or sabotage them for their own amusement is entirely up to them.
