Step directly inside your investments and take control of real estate across the town! A total of 18 distinct apartments across various city buildings are available to acquire, with the ability to manage up to 4 properties at a time. Plus, the houses you build can now be put up for rent as well! Fully furnish, decorate, and list your properties on the market with flexible 1, 4, or 7-day lease terms to secure steady cash flow.
Being a landlord comes with real risks! It isn't just about collecting rent—some tenants will treat your place nicely, while others might leave trash all over the floor, smudge up your freshly cleaned windows, or even walk away with your furniture. This expansion adds new properties and mechanics for renting:
18 Rentable Apartments: Spread across 9 distinct buildings throughout the city, these properties are ready to be purchased, designed, and listed on the rental market.
Land Development: Purchase empty plots, use your planner to build houses from scratch, and put them on the rental market.
Rental Income: Earn regular payments by renting out your decorated apartments and land properties to tenants.
Interior Design: Freely decorate and furnish the empty apartments before renting them out.
