The Reaper - Remastered!
Originally released for Talisman: 4th Edition in 2008, The Reaper Expansion quickly became a fan-favourite for Talisman players, adding a wealth of new adventure cards to expand upon the base game, along with The Reaper himself!
In Talisman: The Reaper Classic for Talisman: Digital 5th Edition, weโve taken this iconic expansion and updated it from the ground-up to fit within the 5th Edition ruleset and style. With fresh new artwork, updated card rules and new cards to use in the Deck Editor, thereโs something for new and veteran Talisman players alike!
Whatโs in The Reaper Expansion?
The Reaper Returns
When playing with this expansion, The Reaper himself will wander across the land throughout the game - if he lands on you, youโll need to roll 1 die against the Grim Reaperโs roll chart. Will luck be on your side, or will the Reaper take what heโs owed?
If youโre looking to recreate the 4th Edition Reaper experience in full, you can also enable special house rules to make him more deadly - if you dare!
New Adventurers
The Reaper Classic brings 4 new characters to the Talisman: Digital 5th Edition roster:
The Dark Cultist, devotee of the Forces of Darkness, and destroyer of anyone (and anything) foolish enough to get in the way of her nefarious goals.
The Knight, a beacon of chivalry and hope to all who see him, with a strength and iron-clad defense as strong as his own faith.
The Sage, a man of both great wisdom and knowledge, able to glimpse into the future - but will his visions show victory or defeat?
The Merchant, a charismatic adventurer who is believes that money is the only thing you can trust in these dangerous times.
New Warlock Quests
In the base version of Talisman, visiting The Warlock would give you 6 possible quests - but in The Reaper Expansion, there are now 12 possible quests to choose from due to the addition of Warlock Quest Cards!
Exclusive to Talisman: Digital 5th Edition, you can now adjust the number of each Warlock Quest cards available thanks to the Deck Editor. Add even more customisation to your next session!
