About This Game

Maralinga is an Australian Gothic FPS survival horror set amid the ruins of a long-forgotten nuclear test site. You play as an investigative journalist, drawn to the desolate outback to uncover its buried history. But when a violent crash with a rogue kangaroo leaves you stranded, survival becomes your only option.

Scavenge through abandoned military facilities for the parts you need to escape, ration what little food and ammunition you can find, and confront horrors born of radioactive fallout and twisted “minor experiments.” What began as a story about a derelict test facility quickly spirals into something far darker. Mutated wildlife hunts the wasteland, while shadows of the past bleed into the present through eerie time-warps back to the 1950s.
